The following are a few things to consider when making your carpet selection:

• STYLE AND TYPE OF CARPET: You can select from styles such as berber, cut pile, saxony or trackless.
• FIBER TYPE: Wool has always been the most preferred fiber, but other fibers that are used are nylon, olefin and polyester.
• AREAS BEING COVERED: High traffic areas are areas such hallways, stairways or your family room. Low traffic areas would consist of living room, dining room, or bedrooms.
• REASON FOR CHANGE: Are you fixing up your home for the purpose of selling? Or is this a purchase that will affect you over the next 5 – 10 years?
